I used to think strategy was about having the smartest answer. Turns out — it’s about asking the right questions. Who are we really for? What’s broken? What do people feel, but never say out loud?
I ask these questions a lot. Sometimes to brands. Sometimes to my cat. (He usually blinks twice — that means “keep going.”). This is where I start. Every time.

Before fully transitioning into brand and product strategy, I gained cross-functional experience in HR, CX, and analytics — which now shape how I approach business challenges. At dentsu, I worked as part of the HR team on employer branding initiatives. Earlier, I coordinated fieldwork operations in a mystery shopping agency and completed an internship at KPMG, where I assisted in audit projects. Each step sharpened my understanding of how systems, people, and narratives interact — the foundation of my current strategic lens.
